Carlos I Sherry Sour
• 4 cl (1 1/3 oz) Brandy
• 3 cl (1 oz) Pedro Ximénez Sherry
• 3 cl (1 oz) Squeezed lemon juice
• 1 cl (1/3 oz) Sugar syrup
Shake in cocktail pitcher and serve with ice in
short cider glass. Decorate with a small bunch
of grapes and lemon peel.
Flavor: a perfect combination of brandy notes
and the Sherry’s sweetness, with some sour and
fragrant notes of lemon rounded with the sugar

• 5 cl (1 3/4 oz) Brandy
• 2 cl (3/4 oz) Sugar syrup
• 2 cl (3/4 oz) Lemon juice
• 6 mint leaves · Fill with soda
Macerate in the glass, fill with crushed ice or
ice cubes. Decorate with a slice of orange and a
mint stem.
Flavor: the combination of the ingredients gives
a refreshing flavor coming from the mint and the
lemon and the intense citrus aroma of the orange
slice.

Carlos I Apricot
• 3 cl (1 oz) Brandy
• 3 cl (1 oz) Apricot liquor without alcohol
• 4 cl (1 1/3 oz) Coquinero fino wine
Shake in cocktail pitcher and serve in cocktail
glass rimmed with brown sugar.
Flavor: perfect harmony between the woody
notes of the Brandy, apricot flavours and the

Carlos I Phanter’s Milk
• 5 cl (1 3/4 oz) Brandy
• A touch of condensed milk
• Fill with vanilla milk shake
Decorate with a sprinkle of cinnamon,
a cinnamon stick and rim the glass with
grenadine and white sugar.
Flavor: Luciusly sweet, the brandy and vanilla

• 5 cl (1 3/4 oz) Bailey’s
Sprinkle with nutmeg, insert a cinnamon stick
and orange peel.
Flavor: a perfect combination of the notes of the
brandy and the whisky, enhanced by the sweetness
and the aroma of the nutmeg and merges with the

• Drops of vanilla essence
Served liquified in cocktail glass rimmed with
cinnamon, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Flavor: the combination of sugar and vanilla
lends this cocktail its sweet and special taste
which, combined with milk for consistency, helps
