Grape harvest - Second half of March.
Vinification - Fermentation in contact with grape skin at a controlled temperature, achieving a balanced tannin structure and coloring matter.
Appearance - Intense red color with purplish tones.
Nose - Complex and generous varietal nose, reminiscent of red fruits such as plums, morello cherries, raspberries, and flowers such as violets.
Mouth - Concentrated, rounded, and long body wine. Warm and velvety with sweet tannins, this is a wine with great evolution.
